I filled out a form online for more information and shortly thereafter was laid off so I never scheduled an appointment- I received a nasty spam message about the “holding my new patient spot” ONLY IF I choose a time today. Its tone was rude and lowkey threatening, literally starting with “I’m going to be direct with you” like some sort of power trip. Those online forms are for bringing new patients in- following up with nasty spam about losing the new client offer IS NOT the way to convince people to actually schedule.
So thankful I found Align Chiropractic! I was having issues with headaches and pressure building up at the base of my skull whenever I bent over. From the minute I walked into Align everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They actually took the time to listen to my concerns and were empathic of my fear of chiropractic practices. Save yourself time and money and don’t even schedule here. $199 First appointment is unnecessary. They took X-rays and sent me on my way with zero explanation other than “the next appointment will be your first adjustment.” Then they want more money for that appointment. Then they want you to sign a contract. I called ans asked for a refund of my “deposit” - in which I was told an out of state accountant would have to let me know if I got a refund - with no way to contact her. The Doctors and staff are so great. I'm 64 and this is first time I have had this experience. I wish I would have done this sooner. I knew I had issues, but I kept putting it off. If you have issues, let them examine your issue, it can only help.
