I filled out a form online for more information and shortly thereafter was laid off so I never scheduled an appointment- I received a nasty spam message about the “holding my new patient spot” ONLY IF I choose a time today. Its tone was rude and lowkey threatening, literally starting with “I’m going to be direct with you” like some sort of power trip. Those online forms are for bringing new patients in- following up with nasty spam about losing the new client offer IS NOT the way to convince people to actually schedule.
So thankful I found Align Chiropractic! I was having issues with headaches and pressure building up at the base of my skull whenever I bent over. From the minute I walked into Align everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They actually took the time to listen to my concerns and were empathic of my fear of chiropractic practices.
