For anyone wanting a REAL google review of Dr. Alexa at Align Chiromedical, this is it unfortunately. :( Dr. Alexa gave me a call recently and she was quite rude on the phone, unfortunately. I had a billing question, which is where this whole situation began, and was hoping for some education if I was incorrect with my request. I was surprised on her approach. Firstly I cannot express enough how sad I was when Dr. Alexa shared that she was moving on from her previous practice. I’m so excited to see how well things are going for her new practice and wish her all the best! Dr.Alexa was the first Chiropractor I have ever seen. She was so welcoming, kind and supportive. Dr. Alexa is absolutely amazing. After seeing her for a year at her previous practice, my daughter absolutely refused to see anyone else after she moved. We quite literally drive 6 hours to see her because she is SO fantastic. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Even when we go in for 1 issue she makes sure to check everything over and assures you leave feeling 100% satisfied. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!
