I did the 1 week unlimited offer whilst in Austin visiting my Father and thought the classes here were excellent. Instructors Mallory and Christina in particular I found to be engaging, helpful and informative. They really focused on technique and each class was different, offering lots of variety and structured really well. The studio itself is gorgeous and the staff really friendly.
Love align West. But WHEN will you make an ALIGN south?
Full disclosure...my first experience with Pilates so my first studio. I will look no farther. Wonderful instructors, clean space, welcoming desk people...really nice way to start my day.
I’m so grateful I found this studio—it’s warm, welcoming, and I felt the difference in my body almost immediately. I was a little nervous for my first class, but the instructor Claire was incredibly helpful and attentive, offering gentle corrections that made all the difference. The space itself is beautiful—bright, clean, and full of natural light, with wood floors and that calm, cozy vibe you get from an old house. I just hit my 25th class at Align West and honestly can’t imagine ever stopping.
