Invisalign seriously needs to get its act together. Their aligners are downright awful. Multiple times now, their aligners have torn up my gums—sharp edges cutting into me like they were made without the slightest quality control. I’ve ended up with infections more than once because of this. This is the third time I’m dealing with gum pain and fever because their product can’t be manufactured properly. I have called multiple times to get Align to address a scanner issue. Align does NOT play well with other scanner companies and seemingly go out of their way to make things difficult for doctors that don't buy an iTero scanner. In addition, I have had so many revisions relative to other clear aligners. These reasons are the biggest I have moved away from Invisalign. They just left me hanging on all my remaining cases with no ability to send them scans.
