This company is fraud ! They took funds from my account for no apparent reason I have never dealt with this company not sure where they received my account number from ! Fraud !!! Zero response from anyone I have contacted!
Ive called multiple times and haven't even spoken to anyone yet as everytime I call, all the lines are being used and I've spent numerous hours on the phone with them.
This is an American/Corporate model that delays/dismisses and dehumanizes. Conflicts with medical standards and taking this to further to the Human Rights Tribunal. Just gross. Provided medical documentation from three sources and got conflicting information and scarce replies. Stay clear.
