My Exxonmobil - Imperial Oil pension is administered through this poorly run company. I changed my banking information in April2025. I have not received a pension check since. I have phoned them 51 times at over an hour and a half per call. There has been numerous T tickets opened, and then closed as "resolved" with nothing done on the ticket. Great place to work for!
1st of all .the receptionist at HQ is a very rude and doesnt listen or care what you are trying to do . I am trying to contact a CANADIAN rep . The girl at reception who cant even say im good how are you , always transfers my call to american line . I have never seen such disgusting treatment toward people as her . I am trying to claim a policy , and all alight does is ignore you . What a sad example of customer care and empathy . Flakey and unreliable to deal with .
