Company is trying to push through an international search for test engineers. The end result of that is them telling 15 year experts in testing (that live close by) that they *somehow* found someone better and then bragging about that nonsense in email. Naturally I was never contacted or interviewed. Just another terrible US company doing awful things without any remorse or common sense.
The company I worked for migrated to Alight some time ago, but unfortunately the service has continued to decline. I’ve tried to escalate the issue internally, but that has proven difficult. I hate that my company uses Alight for HSA management. If you are in HR and evaluating Alight, PLEASE don't punish your employees by selecting them. My wife works in benefits consulting and she says this is the worst company she has seen. The technology is terrible for an end user. Getting ahold of them is time-consuming and soul crushing. They freeze your account. Tell you TO DOWNLOAD AN APP instead of logging in on your computer. Then you can't use the app and have to use the website! No raises for senior reps . No way to advance within the company . Great manager but no raises
Very difficult to get to speak to an agent after waiting on hold for 2 hours and finally gave up tried next day and same thing occurred .
