No raises for senior reps . No way to advance within the company . Great manager but no raises
Very difficult to get to speak to an agent after waiting on hold for 2 hours and finally gave up tried next day and same thing occurred .
My lawyer will definitely be in touch. Aloght owes me a weeks pay. It is beyond unacceptable for it to not be included with payroll as it always is. Alight is going to have more problems than one if they don't release my money.
The switch board specialist hung up on me middle of speaking. I called back and she hung up again. Seemed to be upset by outside factors and taking it out on customers. Seems she does it to many people based off of the reviews. She clearly needs to be fired…
