Cheaply built and overpriced af I have lived here for three lease terms and I am moving out at the end of this current one. Some positives to start with: 1. The staff are all very friendly and kind. I have never had an issue or a negative interaction with any of the staff. 2. No utility overages. 3. The amenities of course. 4. The shuttle is convenient and saves you money on gas. 4. An apartment complex that cares about nothing more than taking your money. This place was pretty good when it wasn't owned by a corporation and was known as The Verge. New management is horrible and if you get lucky enough to talk to CJ he won't care about your issues only that you give them your money. They will lose your checks even if they get sent out a month ahead and still make you pay late fees even if the check was dated correctly. Excellent property and management I am supervisor for one of the local waste disposal companies and we handle the waste for the Verge. All I can say is that I have been extremely impressed with the staff, their professionalism, and the upkeep here. I have the opportunity to be here at all times of the day. Everytime I arrive to speak with the manager or staff I am treated like I am at a hotel, in fact The Verge is run a bit more like a hotel than an apartment complex. I highly recommend the Verge.
