0 - Stars Run from this company as fast as you can. They were the administrators of a previous company HSA account. They Suck at it, Fee after fee after fee and then when I transfer the HSA funds to Fidelity they charge a 25 dollar fee that is not stated anywhere. Run, Run fast and far.
Incorrect W2 for the second year in a row. I have never seen such a group of incompetent people in my entire life. Repeated promises to have a corrected W2 "within a few days". Each promised deadline has come and gone without resolution.
Worst customer service ever.
