$1600 was accidentally sent to them and they refused to return it
Dealing with benefits administration should be a smooth and straightforward process, but unfortunately, my recent experience with this company was anything but. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Friendly people but unable to solve issues. They say they will escalate issues and have a supervisor call back, but it never happens.
