The staff was professional and courteous.. I am elderly with severe back issues and standing in a long line to check in was painful and almost impossible for me.. ..Wishing the chairs in the waiting room had been at least 6 feet apart..I love Dr Gilchrist!! She is the BEST!!
Dr. Gilchrist is a very competent doctor who comes highly recommended. I really like the care she has provided so far. However, the Eagles Landing office staff is nothing short of chaotic and slow at every visit. Just recently an 8:40 appt doesn’t get taken back for 45 minutes and after the appt it took 10+ minutes to checkout which wasn’t completed correctly. Dr. Gilchrist performed surgery for me 6 years ago. Today I visited again for consultation for surgery. She remembered that I had 2 daughters and asked about them. Dr. Gilchrist has a warm, caring, relaxed bedside manner that puts you right at ease. I can't say enough about her and her staff's professionalism and courtesy.

Yes i would recommend Dr Gilchrist. The only issue i have is having to wait to check out. Once I’m done i should be able to leave without waiting 10-15 minutes to checkout. This is the place that i go to that has a wait like that.
Dr Gilchrist is the best. She has a great bedside manner and is easy to talk to. Be sure to sign up for the portal because getting information through the nurse is a little bit of a sh!t show and her bedside manner could certainly use a little bit of help, but Dr. Gilcrhrist is lovely....even when she is shoving a tube up your urethra. Just sayin.
