I went to Alian rides in San Francisco because I needed breaks for my NAMI BURNER E2. The lady at the desk was very cool and polite helped me right away.She called her co worker and explained what I needed and the guy handed me the breaks I needed. Well they were wrong ones but when I came back the next day I explained and I was handed the correct breaks right away so the guy was super cool as well. Very good service . I had a great experience with Kevin and his crew. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered any and all questions I had, even at crazy hours. He even tried to accommodate a same day delivery to my house over 300 miles away. I brought in my eride pro 3.0 4 hours late to be diagnosed and he still helped me. Not only was it fixed quick but he gave me all kinds of great advice and guidance on proper handling and care of the bike. Took a scooter in that was purchased online NOT from Alien, they quickly assessed the issue, did the repair and I got to riding same day. Excellent customer service, helpful tips and a great experience overall.
