Worst ever they knew I was a single mom with four kids sold me a car that was a salvaged and damaged body frame from auction it was barely worth 2k and they sold it for 9k!!! They royally f***ed me don’t go here
They will sell you a car with out a proper 12 point inspection done. My car's battery was never secured properly. They left after market components on my car that melted and started to catch fire . Wanted me to pay for a tow and pay to have their mechanic fix it. Do Not buy your car here.
RecommendedAbsoutly recommend these people they worked with me to get into the vehicle I wanted and helped me every step of the way. They also answered any questions I had.
The staff at alien auto was able to help me find a truck to fit my needs and was even able to help me find a bank to fit my financial needs. They are very friendly and worked with me every step of the way. Thanks guys!!!
I was able to get into an awesome truck and the people at alien really help me. They were patient and understanding with my situation, love the staff there. They are like family!!!
Not only are these ppl RUDE- ie- Joe I believe, he’s short n stocky. But.. me & my daughter we’re LOCKED in the parking lot ( due to an employee taking gate keys) at nite ! HE JUST LEFT US THERE, with the front office guys, w open office doors! The guys were VERY RUDE when I tried - to ask, hey how are we going to get out? All I was told was “I’m on the Fone”!! Nothing, else. I said, “I NEED.. to leave, Ive got to go!! I’m supposed to be somewhere else” We were made to wait nearly a half an hr. Not good!!!
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place nothing but scam there are lots of much better car dealers out there don't get fooled from thier advertisement nothing but lie
