I was very pleased with my service. I am a first time customer. I called early in the morning, a service guy came out, diagnosed the problem, went and picked up the part. Then he came back and fixed my AC that same morning! Kai was my service guy and he was great! He explained the problem and the cost. I am definitely going to use this company again for any future repairs.

Service was quick and professional! We replaced all the original ductwork from 1973 with new flex duct and immediately felt an overall improvement in both airflow and improved air quality. I highly recommend Ultra Mechanical for any service to your HVAC and TRANE equipment.

After dealing with a less reputable company I was referred to Ultra. They sent Leo. Such a nice respectful fellow. He is my new technician. Great guy. I felt he was honest and fair.

Leo F. came on a Saturday morning to get the upstairs A/C unit working again. It had turned off during a power outage and didn’t come back on. He was able to fix it very quickly and did a general look at the rest of the system as well. He is efficient and knowledgeable and kind. In short, outstanding all around.
