Fantastic experience. I worked with John who is just the best! Our A/C unit was old and we were starting to have problems with it so I got 3 estimates from different companies to replace the unit and we really liked everything about the Alief estimate as well as liking John's presentation. He explained everything to us and the crew that installed the unit was great and friendly and polite. Called on Sunday afternoon when AC quit cooling and they were here within a couple hours. Leo quickly diagnosed the issue after checking all 3 systems. Extremely professional and he explained the issues in easy to understand terms. Could not have been more pleased with the level of service and professionalism.
