Today, my sister and I drove 45 minutes to your store for permanent jewelry. Upon arrival at 7:00 PM, we were informed that a bracelet could not be fitted because the staff needed an hour to clean before the 8:00 PM closing time. Considering that my own bracelet fitting took only 5-10 minutes, we were unsure why we were denied service. As a result, we had to drive 45 minutes back home without the intended purchase. Disappointed.

After leaving a disappointed review I emailed the company and was eventually emailed to follow up. I do appreciate that.
My wife thought this would be a great mother daughter experience and got the forever bracelets. The solder on my wife's broke within 2 weeks and they wanted to charge her to resolder.My daughters bracelet broke within a month and the staff at the store told us they don't warranty product. My suggestion is save your money and go to a store that stands by the product they sell.
I love the variety of jewelry that you guys carry at a price point that is reasonable. The staff are all super friendly and eager to find something that suits everyone personal style!
