I had a fairly positive experience overall. The new location is lovely, stylish, and well-lit. I've visited twice, but I found that neither of the staff members were trained to create a hand chain. If that’s something you're interested in, I'd recommend calling ahead to ensure the right person will be available on your planned visit. Today, my sister and I drove 45 minutes to your store for permanent jewelry. Upon arrival at 7:00 PM, we were informed that a bracelet could not be fitted because the staff needed an hour to clean before the 8:00 PM closing time. Considering that my own bracelet fitting took only 5-10 minutes, we were unsure why we were denied service. As a result, we had to drive 45 minutes back home without the intended purchase. Disappointed.
