I was gifted a necklace a few years ago and to 100% my own fault, I kept breaking it. The staff were super helpful and quick to repair my necklace every time at no cost. When I decided to get a new, less delicate chain, they gave me a discount for bringing my own charm, adjusted it to my liking on the spot and once again repaired the old chain so I could wear it separately if I wanted. Beautiful jewelry and great customer service all around!
Had a charm ordered specifically because they didn’t have it in stock only for them to not tell me that after 48 hours they will sell it. Not overly impressed. Wanting to shop local but not anymore. Nobody explained their policy when I ordered or when they told me they received it Edit: I do not wish to be contacted by anyone, I’m extremely disappointed and took my money somewhere else
I love this store! workers are so great and helpful. All the jewelry is great quality! Such an amazing place especially because it’s local !!!
