DO NOT RENT HERE. Building is disgusting has an infestation problem. Also Brc is a terrible company. RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE
I wouldn't live here if I were you. It just got taken over by a terrible company.
These apartments are super affordable, spacious, and in a great location for DU students, and the manager Kevin is very kind and easy to get ahold of for any issues. The big problem is the bedbugs, common for Denver. From the previous tenants I've spoken to, this building has a history of infestations going back at least a couple of years. Multiple units affected on every floor, some more than once, and all the units are connected by heating ducts and share a single laundry room.
