I believe as a doctor you should make the patient a priority and listen to their situation. Dr Hermogenes is (well was) my moms doctor for a very long time. the past few years my mom has been struggling and recently had a spinal cord surgery. As her care taker I needed to be sure that the doctor appointment aspect of it was taken care of. I feel as though whenever we are here my mom is not taken care of properly.
