Dr. Willette used to be a competent dentist, but always very expensive. She seems to have had some mental issues during the pandemic, because my visit after the pandemic was very disconcerting. Dr. Willette acted very odd and my visit was twice as much as it usually was and they did a bad job cleaning my teeth. They didn't even polish my teeth, which is my favorite part.
I have had a few dentists in my life (college, grad school, etc.) and Dr. Willette is far away the best I have had and hopefully will be my last. She is very thorough & knowledgable - she always explains what is going on with my mouth, treatment options, expectations, etc. which I have never experienced with a dentist before. Her demeanor is assertive but also very kind and funny. Office is always on time - front desk staff and hygenists friendly, helpful, and good at what they do.
