If there was an option to rate zero stars, I would. My most recent experience at this office was the worst medical provider experience in my lifetime. Absolute chaos. First, since they transitioned to BSW, I can no longer reach the office directly. My insurance company requires a referral to a specialist, so I called to request one and that it be expedited due to the nature of my illness. Dr. Grossmann is thorough and efficient. Been seeing her for about 10 years now and am very happy that I found her. She’s attentive and gives good advice. I have recommended her as a physician to several friends and family members.
I was initially very happy with Dr Grossman's care that I went to see her for over ten years and have referred patients to her. She is very data-driven and does a lot of testing in house. I now have to deduct stars because I thought a GP would be someone I could get an appointment with for valid medical concerns, even if there's not much she could do but listen. What else is a GP for? they charged me twice on the same amount.
I have been with Dr. Grossman for seven years, and she is a great doctor. However, ever since the transition to BSW, the experience has been terrible. There is no way to reach the office unless you go in person — whether it's to schedule an appointment, remind them to send a doctor's order to another provider, or request a prescription refill. I'm sorry, but I have to leave.
