Can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone. They’re constantly messing up prescriptions and it takes 10 phone calls back and forth to get any issues solved. Poor healthcare.

I recently became a new patient at Alicia Grossmann’s office—thankfully, just in time to realize what’s going on. The practice was quietly sold to Baylor Scott & White Health without informing patients. When I asked if the new owner had religious affiliations, I was outright lied to. Baylor Scott & White was founded as a Christian ministry and continues to funnel profits to churches while claiming nonprofit status—all while their executives make millions. This office is the best I have ever had. I feel a doctor’s office begins in the front. The front office is professional and very efficient, never have a problem with referrals at all. Alyssa Spade, PA-C is who we see. We will never go anywhere else. She’s caring and explains everything to our understanding, she is knowledgeable we leave her office without any questions at all. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a doctors office such as this you will not regret it.
