I really cannot convey in words how much I have appreciated you during this entire process. You have been so patient, honest, kind, knowledgeable, clear, and upbeat through the numerous ups and downs over these last few months. I imagine you probably don’t usually come all the way to the worst parts of the city to show houses or do 3-way phone calls with buyers’ parents, and I want to make sure you know how touching it was for you to go above and beyond for me. We were out-of-towners, unsure of where to settle in the housing craziness post-covid. The amount of time Alicia spent with us was impressive. We got to know various areas around the city and counties, she spent hours going to open houses and video taping for us when we weren't in town. Her knowledge of the market, and her ability to create solid offers was something we felt very fortunate to have. Alicia acted as a Buyers Agent for us and we're very happy with our new home.
