my mom has been to see her for 6 years or more. W e call Dr Valdez the ghost because we have never met her. My mom needs her meds and the pharmacy has tried calling and no call back, I have left messages bc my mom needs her meds but no return call. i had surgery so I can't deal with this clinic right now. So my 91 yr old mom is suffering without the meds!
The doctors only want to see you for one issue at a time. I found out through Medicaid it's a type of fraud. I have multiple sclerosis and 3 different infections but they could only tray for one at a time. with MS an infecting can cause relapses... I have been waiting for almost a month for referral and keep getting the run around. They don't answer the phone lines as well. No walk in visits so you better not get sick.
I have been to this clinic since I was a child Now my son gonna be 3 and new born on the way!!! Great environment. Caring staff. Sometimes long wait. But Dr are great.
