The entire process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. I highly recommend SMOG SPOT to anyone in need of a smog check—this is a top-tier establishment that truly sets the standard for quality and customer care.
The owner, is very friendly and transparent about the service. I called the shop to get a quote, and he informed me of a deal he was running—and he honored it when I arrived. No rules or exceptions were associated with it. The service was quick—around 8 minutes for a 2017 Honda Civic. I’ll definitely be coming back here and recommending it to my buddies.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND Smog Spot! No bait-and-switch by telling you your vehicle needs several repairs in order to pass a smog test. They do Smog tests ONLY! I called around, and they were the cheapest. The out-the-door price was the same as quoted over the phone - unlike many others I've been to. Haven't we all been there where a business forgot to mention add-ons? Sean was awesome! Right when I got in, he created me with a smile and asked if I wanted any water. I filled out some paperwork for the smog, and in less than 15 minutes, it was done! Super fast and friendly service! I would definitely recommend anyone coming here to get your smog checks done! I will be coming back for all my other cars in the future! Thanks for your help!
Fast and friendly service, and I even had no appointment. Offered me current coupon discount even before I asked. Warm and welcoming lobby to wait in. Front door is around corner on side of building, but easy to find. For something we all dread doing, highly recommend this location
