I only made an appointment because my previous NP decided to no longer see patients and she was recommended. On 4-6 I made an appointment on my chart and indicated hand/arm injury. Appointment set for 4-10. On 4-9 less then 24 hours prior to the appointment I received a call to go to immediate care or the er. I could go that night or the next morning. I got referred to other doctors for each of my prescriptions. I was also met with hostility upon my first appointment. Provider does not want to manage patient medications and has bad bedside manner, so go elsewhere!
I have always had a great experience from the front desk to all of the staff that have cared for me Alicia is very thorough, compassionate and stays on top of test results with a quick follow up If I have a question there is always a quick response I would highly recommend her you will be in good hands

Alicia is an excellent family care provider. She is patient, thorough & ensures your care maintains top priority. Office visits are never rushed & she welcomes questions and/or concerns. We need more providers like Alicia.
