Alicia is absolutely wonderful! She calmed my nerves ( first time homebuyer) & calmly walked me through the whole process! She listened and found the perfect home for me AND it is in East Tennessee. Nashville is her home, but she went out of her way to find me a home in Chattanooga near my father.

Alicia went above and beyond on the sale of our land in Tennessee. She even went traipsing through the woods (almost 30 acres) with our surveyor, on a snowy day, when he performed the entire survey on our property. She took amazing photos and videos in order to adequately represent the acerage being sold. She researched the market, the comps, and everything needed to sell our property for a fair and substantial price. I would HIGHLY recommend Alicia Maart.
