Alicia is absolutely divine she is so sweet and is one of the very first doctors to give me an accurate diagnosis that actually makes sense, she deeply cares for her patients being very calm and kind with them understanding their pain and what they are going through, she gave me a diagnosis for my chronic everyday headaches after 2 years of me not knowing and being clueless and not knowing what to do anymore, she sent me to her very kind friend Dr Andrew Johnson of pella regional hospital to get blood patches for my diagnosi... read more
I absolutely loved going to Alicia. She's amazing but after talking to her insurance lady, the office lost a patient. She is rude beyond measure. They have/had me scheduled for appointments that I know damn well I didn't schedule. Plus getting an attitude with me because i wasnt informed of anything she told the secretary to tell me. Off to find a better office.
Alicia is so caring and takes time to really listen. She is willing to try new strategies and has been the most helpful doctor I have had for my migraines!
Dr. Irena Charys-birski is completely unprofessional and uncaring. The office staff are rude as can be to top it off. I don't recommend this place to anyone! Bad service all around.
