I love this boutique. But even more important is the owner, Pat Latkovski. Pat is a long time resident of Frederick County. She is an extremely conscientious member of our community doing her part to support many causes but in particular, the homeless students in our county. She holds fashion shows with proceeds going to various local organizations. She collects gently used clothing to collect for homeless families.
