Over the years I have recommended OrthoCarolina to people. Recently they started with a mychart. I would now not recommend them to my dog. Expect at least a 30 minute wait to get someone on the phone. This also mean your primary care MD and the therapies can’t get through. The whole time it’s telling they appreciate your patience and how to log in to their mychart. That being said I am not speaking ill of the skills of their surgeons but it’s ridiculous that they don’t answer their phones.
Dr Curtin has a very bad bed side manner!!!! have more pain than before the revision, have a friend that had same issues had to have the the surgery redone!!!!! just had an MRI , RESULLTS WERE VERY BAD , GOING TO HAVE SURGERY DONE BY ANOTHER DR!!!!!!!!
My doctor was great but I have called several time to schedule appt an I am waiting on phone at least 30 min Everytime an no one answers.Do they not have someone to answer the phone.
Would give a "0" rating if possible. He turned what should have been a simple bunionectomy into a painful, botched surgery in Nov. 2019. This year, on Oct. 12th, I had another surgery To REPAIR HIS HORRIBLE WORK ON MY FOOT! The unnecessary hardware he installed was REMOVED. I took my daughter to the location in Shelby and had a disappointing conversation with a Ms. Susan Oakes concerning a very small balance from 4 years ago. We waited since the beginning of June to get this appointment with Dr. Fiore...arrived early and I was presented with a bill for $19.48 plus our $20 co-pay. NOBODY including Ms. Oakes could explain to me why there was a $19.48 charge that remained but they did admit that they do not bill for amounts under $20.
