Staff very accommodating and professional Answered all my questions on my upcoming knee replacement
It was during a tornado watch/warning which we had to go into the bathroom because it was their rule. It was good and they were very patient with everyone asking questions and being frustrated. When you could register they spoke loud enough giving directions and information on where to go.
