Those parents I referred to you, echo the same sentiments. Their only regret is to not have found you earlier 😊. I'm changing my kids' doctor today. The young lady that was working on the front desk was nice & polite; however, Dr. Alicia clearly doesn't belong in her profession at all. She definitely can't deal with kids; she gives very awkward vibes. She can't even acknowledge the kids properly; her attitude stinks. She needs to be in a different field, not a kid pediatrician.

I’m changing my daughter’s doctor today I’m sick and tired of the front desk staff always having a stinking attitude. The doctor using googling and having no knowledge about child care. Not once has she treated my daughter illnesses properly I had to get outside help (emergency care)

My first few visits with Dr. Flowers Massop were fine. First impressions: The office is small and outdated, the front desk was a bit disorganized but the staff was somewhat friendly. The doctor is NOT a ball of energy. She is better off working with adults! She has a monotone which I’m not used to when working with pediatricians. My son has been a patient of Dr. Flowers for over 5 years and it has been the most beautiful experience. She never makes us feel rushed or unheard, and her balance of homeopathic recommendations and prescription medications (when absolutely necessary) speaks her to vast medical knowledge and expertise. Her office staff is kind and patient and adds to the experience.
