My son has been a patient of Dr. Flowers for over 5 years and it has been the most beautiful experience. She never makes us feel rushed or unheard, and her balance of homeopathic recommendations and prescription medications (when absolutely necessary) speaks her to vast medical knowledge and expertise. Her office staff is kind and patient and adds to the experience.

I use to bring my daughter to Dr Flowers and stopped yearssssss ago because she did not show care about the well-being of my daughter. My daughter was sick and we were the ONLY ones in the office but it was Dr Flowers lunch break. I remember sitting there with my daughter and the doctor put on her bag and walked right pass us and left the office. We sat there alone until the doctor came back from lunch. My first few visits with Dr. Flowers Massop were fine. First impressions: The office is small and outdated, the front desk was a bit disorganized but the staff was somewhat friendly. The doctor is NOT a ball of energy. She is better off working with adults! She has a monotone which I’m not used to when working with pediatricians. Dr. Massop-Flowers, is a wonderful doctor. She is caring, she takes time to listen, she speaks to the children directly and she is respectful to me as a parent. My children are happy with her. My teen and my younger one loves her. They have been visiting doctor Flowers for a few yrs. I am satisfied and the children are satisfied with her service.

I searched high and low for a black female doctor for my daughter. I was excited to find this office. My first visit was great, everything was going well until my daughter got sick over the holidays. I knew the office was closed so I tried to deal with it myself but as a first time mom I was scared and didn’t know what to do. I called Dr. Alicia on the emergency line so she can let me know what I needed to do.
