I called to make my first appointment at 5 months. I was without insurance. I was told they needed to speak with the manager and call me back. I called them the next day and was put on hold. I was reluctant to be awarded an appointment 3 weeks later. This pregnancy has not been a positive experience and making my first call for care wasn't positive.
Alicia and her team are thorough and responsive with their patients. I have had a great experience here and would recommend any woman for her expertise.
