Alicia is a very energetic and fun person. She brings this same energy to the house selling process. She did a good job of keeping me informed about any problems that she was encountering and reported those items to me in a timely fashion. When I had questions, she did an excellent job of responding to them quickly.
The house was previously listed with another real estate company; the realtor was lacking in enthusiasm, little efforts in showings, very few status contacts.
