Out of state friends sent two bouquets to us from Alice's The Roses were ok, However the 2nd bouquet was wilted when delivered! Daffodils are a pretty forgiving flower, yet this bouquet as bad on delivered and by the next day 1/2 the flowers were drying out. I email my complaint and got no response. Bad customer service along with bad flowers

Their customer service was excellent they went above and beyond. I order my flowers from another flower shop and paid 2 weeks before they had to be delivered and 2 days before they were suppose to be delivered they emailed me and told me they could not fill my order. When I called Alice's told them what happen they were able to do the arrangement that morning and deliver my wife a BEAUTIFUL flower arrangement a little after lunch. THANK YOU SO MUCH. My wife loved them. I will be coming back for all my flower needs.

I am so impressed by these people. I ordered a last minute delivery and John bent over backwards to make sure it was received on time. The blooms were wonderful and so was the service. They're my go to florist now.

I would not recommend this florist as Ive used other florists in the past. Delivery standards were not met. And the bouquet i ordered on ftd national level (they used Alice's to deliver) was NOT what my friend received (cheaper mix of flowers).
