I have NEVER EVER had a more horrible experience. I called this Florist and to my surprise a "female" answered the phone cursing and swearing, and when I asked was this Alice Florsit she said NO and hung up !! Then I called back and the same lady yelled some more "What the Hell do you want stop calling here" and hung up again. I called back a 3rd time and the lady began to play a Gopsel song " Order My Steps" then when the song finished hung up.
