Bought out and now rates are skyrocketing. After these three jumps it is now $142 for a unit that was $92 a year ago. Don't ask yourself if you can afford it, ask yourself if you can afford a 2/3 price increase every year.
This storage facility is incredible to rent from! Centrally located, secure gate entrance, friendly/trustworthy/communicative manager named Phil who makes you feel at ease with your different needs while storing here!
We appreciate that the drive-up to the units is paved, and that the units are clean. The phone and on-site people who we dealt with were friendly and very helpful!
Just got bought by folks from out of state. My unit was 85/mo last year, then 92, and I just got a notice it will be 120 on the first. It was a great experience before but I won't be sticking around to see if the new owners can keep that up. "Analyzing the market" is not how you guarantee fair pricing, that's how you keep up with the constant gouging of our community. AND NOW IT IS 130 JUST TWO MONTHS LATER.
