Very unfriendly, needs to work on customer service skills if your going to own a business that involves dealing with people. My dog has stayed with different boarders in the past and seems extremely stressed when I picked her up this time. I understand everyone has different experiences, but this was mine. I’m just trying to help others who are thinking about leaving their fur babies here.
Due to COVID-19 our regularly scheduled grooming appointment was cancelled. Once they were able to reopen they offered us a spot (on the first day) and are going to adjust our previously scheduled appointments moving forward to reflect our dogs needs, requiring them to adjust all of our appointments through the end of 2020. What a scheduling nightmare if this is the case for many clients. I just wanted to say Thank You, for my spa day ( hair cut), I always love the care you give me, I know sometimes I'm a bit cranky, being almost 10 years old! My mom and dad loves the way you cut my hair. Anyway just wanted to say thank you! P.S. My mom tried to put my picture on here and couldn't get it to work.....maybe someday she'll learn. After trying several groomers, this one has been my dog’s favorite. Our sweet girl comes out beautiful and happy. Her fur has grown thicker, healthier and shinier - even coming back in a spot we were told would not grow long again. Highly recommend!
We’ve taken Sampson twice and he always comes back clean and happy!!
