Dr. Tsai is very personable and always takes time to answer questions. She is always positive and straightforward. The staff at Ironwood Cancer & Research Center are all professional and helpful.
Dr Tsai is a joy to work with. She actually cares about you and your health. She's in demand and sometimes I have to reschedule appointments to see her. But it's worth it!
