Went in to test it out bc we are on a tight budget and having to pay out of pocket. Being my first appointment you'd think that I would be guided in some way but it was just lots of me trying to figure out how to get her to give me some kind of direction smh an AI Chatbot could do as much as I got from this counselor(Hannah Starr). I should give a lower rating but I know there are more Counselors there than just her.
I highly recommend Alice Strickin Counseling! From the very first call to each counseling session, they provide compassionate care and are truly dedicated to quality counseling.
