My dad recently decided to sell our family home of 60 years. I contacted Alice and within hours she had begun the process to have the home ready to be listed. Within 1 day of the home hitting the market we had an agreement in place with a buyer. Alice continued to make sure all of the boxes were checked for the closing and nothing was left to being done at the last minute.
