Not coming back. I’ve been coming to this salon for years and overall I always had a good experience with most of the staff doing a good job. However, it happened in 2-3 occasions that the same lady wasn’t doing a good nails job like skipping some steps (Not removing cuticles completely, not polishing enough, not adding oil, etc) like the others always do. I recently visited this nail salon for a hard gel service and had an appointment with Choy. I've never had an issue with any of the other employees there. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing and left me feeling uncomfortable. From the moment I arrived, I was not greeted or acknowledged properly by Choy — all she said was "Next". First time going here. I was unsure because of the mixed reviews. But I had a very good experience. First time where my gel mani actually lasted 3 weeks, this never happens. I loved my pedicure , she took her time and I felt very relaxed! I’ll be back!
