I’ve brought Alex and Bobby business outside of my own family for years. They have worked on my dodge charger, Honda accord, Nissan rogue, ford mustang, Honda pilots etc. I left my car there for 5 days while going on vacation. Many attempts to reach out were made without clarification. I came back from vacation to a 1,500 dollar bill without being advised of the price for a simple coolant flush and to switch out the malfunctioning TMPS sensor. Alex has been helping me with any car troubles for almost a decade now. I have never had to come back for something done improperly or to my disliking. The shop is filled with skilled mechanics and always keeps a quick turn around time if not there is justifiable reason. There’s no hidden fees or any of that other bs when it is time to pay. If you are looking for a mechanic that is legit, knows what they are doing and trustworthy this is your place.
Out of all the auto repair shops I have been to, Alice Motorsport is truly one of a kind. They are reliable, thorough, and has a trustworthing owner and crew- and treats their customers with respect and hospitality. If you dont know much about your car, generally speaking- it can be a overwhelming experience- but Alex (the owner) and his team are upfront and transparent and thorough with procedures and it helps tremendously. Would highly recommend.
Had a bad time the boss is egotistic and rude, I could hear him yell and curse at employees. He also seems to prioritize quick jobs over the ones that have been sitting there for months. I wouldn't recommend. Any of the quick jobs he'd do there just go to a chain for, and anything more complicated go somewhere else.
