She is a wonderful doctor, and helped me with my child's broken finger. Excellent surgeon.
My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Chu's for 8 years -- since she was born! Dr Chu has always been available and supportive during this time, even when we have gone through more challenging parts of my daughter's care, including surgeries, etc. When I can reach the office directly, the staff is helpful! However, I do agree that sometimes you end up in a call tree being shuffled from person to person which can be frustrating.
Dont bother calling them. Always goes to voicemail or they just hang up. This is the realty of living in a crowded area.
