Seen her yesterday and was really impressed. I felt like she was thorough and she explained in detail where she thought the problem was with my lower back, legs and my chronic numbness and tingling and muscle spasms!! Went to her back in November prior to Thanksgiving. She recommended that I have surgery and her nurse was to call and schedule it for the end of February or early March. Never heard from them. Finally called them on May 14, now they say she is going to be out of the office for approximately six weeks so would be able maybe to schedule it sometime in August. I told them to forget it and refer me to someone else in Memphis. There is no way I would ever recommend her as surgeon to anyone. If this is the way they drop the ball w... read more
It was not a great experience. I didn’t feel like they took the time to hear what was wrong. When they asked me a question, I tried to answer and she would cut me off before I could finish my sentence. My whole time with the dr was really rushed! I was in and out of my time with the dr in 5mins. After waiting over an hr just to get into the room I was hoping I would actually have time to discuss and find solutions to what was causing my pain for months. That did not happen.
