I had 2 different surgeries this year. Dr Cherqui delivered excellent professional care. I always felt i was being well taken care of.
Seen her yesterday and was really impressed. I felt like she was thorough and she explained in detail where she thought the problem was with my lower back, legs and my chronic numbness and tingling and muscle spasms!! I felt like her and her team really listened to me!! I have been dealing with issues with my back for over 10 yrs. I really feel like she was the first Dr. who understood where I was coming from!!! Went to her back in November prior to Thanksgiving. She recommended that I have surgery and her nurse was to call and schedule it for the end of February or early March. Never heard from them. Finally called them on May 14, now they say she is going to be out of the office for approximately six weeks so would be able maybe to schedule it sometime in August. I told them to forget it and refer me to someone else in Memphis. There is no way I would ever recommend her as surgeon to anyone. If this is the way they drop the ball w... read more
