If you’re looking to build a home, build elsewhere!!We were looking to buy at Alicante in Vistancia and found what we thought was the perfect home and lot. Far from it because they lied. They claim they are an honest builder and they are the complete opposite. Lied to us about how big the lot size would be and then when we found out otherwise they were not willing to compensate us for the 1000 sq ft difference.
