The new management company is currently seeking a new Manager for this property. They do care for the residents and have been cleaning up the place. They have a temporary Manager that is enforcing the rules. The maintenance man they have now is a hard worker and will come fix whatever needs to be fixed. I really like him, he does a great job. I am starting to like it here now.

Terrible place to live. Loud mexican music playing all day and night.. Cant sleep at night because of noise. Apartments built very cheap and you can hear constant screaming of neigbors, Children, running up and down stairs yelling at each other past midnight. Manager closes doors at 5 pm M-F. What happens after that is your problem. Most of of people rent to illegal field workers to make it overcrowed during lettice and tomatoe seasons. They are not suposed to but, do it anyway
