Delicious food, great service, incredible atmosphere. The only thing I have negative to say is that they said their ingredients were fresh but our mushrooms clearly came out of a can :( but I may add that the pepperoni they use is UNBELIEVABLY INCREDIBLE.
Great good, rude hostesses which unfortunately has been a constant throughout the past 10 years. No eye contact, short, terse commands. If I was a new customer I would never make it past the lobby.

I took my boyfriend and his 7 year old daughter here for dinner Saturday around 7pm. We ordered breadsticks & pizza and Macaroni and cheese (kids meal) for the daughter. Our pizza was brought out and no kids meal. When the waitress finally came back for me to ask for the kids meal she said she'd be back, 5 mins later she showed up with cold food. We go to the Alibi frequently for lunch, little did we know that today, it would take almost 2 hours. We were seated quickly, they were crowded but, not overly so. It took about 20 minutes to even get our beverage order in. While we were waiting to order, a lady was seated by herself at the table next to us, I did not hear the entire conversation but, I DID see the server rip the menu out of the lady's hands and say that "she did not have time for this". Got the antipasto salad, spinach artichoke and small pizza. House dressing was different, sweet vinaigrette and didn't taste to vinegary, very good! Spinach artichoke was not my favorite, more spinach than anything else, more a personal preference, so I'm not knocking a star because of it. Pizza was soooo good! Service was great and have already told my husband he had to go try it with me!
