From the get go Jared was very professional, up front and even came to pick up my bike and take it to his shop. Customer service was great, and the work was everything I paid for. I look forward to doing more work with alibi customs as I begin to customize the bike and for scheduled maintenance. Def recommend for anyone who does not want to be taken to the bank by the dealerships and worrying about the quality of work being done.
Alibi are outstanding! I had an electrical issue and could only think to completely take the bike apart looking for bare or busted wiring. (That would have taken a week plus) Tiny came and looked at it took it to his place and had it back to me up and running in less than 3 hours! Great people great service and great prices!
