I've worked with Alias the Bugman for over a decade. They are easy to work with, very knowledgeable, priced fairly. I do recommend Alias the Bugman to my my clients as a home inspector.
We used this service last spring related to a problem with ants and the results were great. It was easy to set an appointment with a simple phone call. If we have other pest concerns in the future we'll definitely call Alias The Bugman's team.
I will start by saying the whole team is professional, prompt and friendly. We moved into a house that had been vacant for a while and keeping up with removing the outside cobwebs (and spiders) was a pain. We originally wanted to get a termite inspection and preventive treatment, but Jane was so wonderful at providing all the information we needed, that we ended up also signing up for the quarterly recurrent pest treatment services.
