If you live on the first floor, you're at the mercy of your upstairs neighbors. My wife and I have been living at the Aliante for three months now, and there are constant thuds and loud footsteps of running from the apartment directly above us. This often carries on into the night, and can interrupt with sleep, so we have had to purchase a noise-cancelling machine to drown out the noise from upstairs neighbors. The office staff team is delightful, timely and always efficient. The maintenance staff has always provided exceptional support for all of ours service requests. Great community to call home.
So far my experience with the Aliante staff has been great. Follow through is wonderful. They also set me up with Move in updater which is outstanding. Takes me through all the step to move in and get set up with Electric Cable and Mail forwarded to my new address
We love living at Aliante. All staff are friendly, professional and eager to help or assist! This has been a great place to live. The property is well kept. Maintenance responds professionally with no wait. They also know what their doing. Very trustworthy staff. Cudos
