Do not rent here if want peace and quiet. Walls are extremely thin and can hear everything from neighbors. Management has started ongoing construction for months since I moved in here. Day after day for around 12 hrs straight there is hammering, banging, scraping, people screaming at each other outside window. It begins at 7 AM each day and ends at 6 PM. I’ve really enjoyed living at the Aliante. The property is gorgeous and always well taken care of. The gym has everything I need, and the pool area feels like a little resort. The staff here are extremely kind and always willing to help with anything. Plus, the location is super convenient close to pretty much everything in Scottsdale. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home.
Although we haven’t been here for an entire year yet, the 5 months spent so far have been great. All our neighbors were welcoming, and continue to be friendly. Maintenance crew always say hello and seem to be in good spirit. Leasing staff is always kind and communicative. Our apartment during move in was clean, and everything has worked well. This place is a hidden gem and i’m happy to be apart of it!
I rented there for a year, and when I moved in it wasn't renovated at all - a lot of the appliances didn't work. Before my lease was up, I went to the office and verbally told two ladies that I was moving out, but they insisted that I had to end the contract after it was over. Fine, so I kept paying rent until the contract ended, and then they said I had to pay two months' worth of rent as a penalty because I didn't submit a written request to leave. That's unfair.
