There was a double homicide in the parking lot of the Aliante in the summer of 2025, and I was not notified of this by management. I would have expected at least an email to the residents informing them that a horrible crime had occurred on the property, but it looks like they’re more concerned with keeping up appearances than they are in looking out for their residents’ best interests. Worst experience ever we were so much excited to move to Aliante in scottsdale during our visit the staff was very nice and everything seemed just perfect until we decided to proceed with lease they promised us immediate reply and said that an approval is mostly certain, time passed by so I decided to call to see why not a single reply of a yes or no they said we need to check your income I told her it's absolutely fine my income is roughly 3x time the rent then I did get another call tell me that they don't think I make thi... read more
If you live on the first floor, you're at the mercy of your upstairs neighbors. My wife and I have been living at the Aliante for three months now, and there are constant thuds and loud footsteps of running from the apartment directly above us. This often carries on into the night, and can interrupt with sleep, so we have had to purchase a noise-cancelling machine to drown out the noise from upstairs neighbors. The office staff team is delightful, timely and always efficient. The maintenance staff has always provided exceptional support for all of ours service requests. Great community to call home.
