I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Garay’s office staff. They were consistently rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic professionalism. Despite having a test order submitted well in advance, I was told they “didn’t have time” to fax the order—something that is a routine part of medical office work.
