Great way to start our relationship you threaten me with 911. You say I need a Hoyer lift and your aid plus another person must be there. Your aid doesn’t even know how to use the device. It’s designed so one person can use it. And recommend 2 people but you are under qualified to use the device. So bc we don’t meet your standards you threaten to call police. And cancel service. I am looking at other professional services
You guys sucks lying about pay rate also unprofessional 3 days after my first case they told me I was suspended I ask why no one can tell me they so rude don’t work for them they will waste your time
You get deactivated for no known reasons, they barely have cases. Told them that I am not strong enough to lift a client because technically I am not and they should match the caregiver with the client. I think they got upset because it wouldn’t have been a good match. Smh!
