POOR COMMUNICATION feels like you have to constantly follow up just to get basic information or a response, lack of organization and professionalism . Good communication is extremely important when it comes to home care, and unfortunately, that has been one of the biggest issues with my experience here. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their customer service and communication
